Book an Appointment
To request an appointment, ensure you fill out the request form and submit it. Note that a separate booking request is required for each exam type, such as Ultrasound or BMD. Following your submission, a receptionist will contact you during clinic hours to confirm the appointment details.
At X-Ray Associates, we accept requisitions from all diagnostic imaging providers. Our X-ray services are available on a walk-in basis and do not require an appointment.
